Act quick to score your seats for one-night-only production of the wildly funny and popular podcast, Comedy Bang! Bang! (CBB), on stage at Wortham Center in Downtown on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at 7pm.

The subversively hilarious Comedy Bang! Bang! is celebrating 13 years with a tour and—thanks to Performing Arts Houston—is staging a live performance and podcast recording in Houston.

One of comedy’s OG podcasts, Comedy Bang! Bang! is an odd and laugh-inducing combination of talk show-style interviews, blending both real people and improvisational comedians performing as fake characters.

It’s hosted by Scott Aukerman, director of Between Two Ferns, and features Paul F. Tompkins of Bojack Horseman and a cast of over-the-top characters improvised by surprise comedians from CBB’s rotating roster. Unplanned and improvised, every edition of the show is completely original.

This performance will be recorded live for the podcast. Material may not be suitable for all audiences. Discretion is advised.
