  • Leon Bridges at White Oak Music Hall | Wednesday, August 3 – Known for his singles like “Coming Home” and “River,” Leon Bridges performs in Houston with Little Dragon opening the show. $69.50. 6pm.
  • Three 6 Mafia at House of Blues | Friday, August 5 – Hip hop duo Three Six Mafia makes their way to Downtown Houston to perform their chart-topping hits spanning three decades. $59.50 and up. 8pm.
  • Big Time Rush at Smart Financial Centre | Friday, August 5 – Heartthrob pop boy band Big Time Rush headlines in Sugar Land with Spencer Sutherland opening the show. $29.95 and up. 8pm.
  • Franz Ferdinand at White Oak Music Hall | Friday, August 5 – Scottish rock band Franz Ferdinand, known for singles like “Take Me Out” and “Do You Want To,” performs in the Northside for their Houston fans to enjoy. $40. 8pm.
  • Wiz Khalifa & Logic at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Saturday, August 6 – Hip hop artists Wiz Khalifa and Logic team up to co-headline their Vinyl Verse Tour 2022. $29.50 and up. 6:30pm.
  • Garth Brooks at NRG Stadium | Saturday, August 6 – Country music legend Garth Brooks stops by Houston for the final United States date on his Stadium Tour. $89.50 and up. 7pm.

  • Flatland Cavalry at White Oak Music Hall | Friday, August 12 – Flatland Cavalry brings their Far Out West tour to Northside Houston for a night of their Americana tunes. $25. 7pm.
  • Jessie James Decker at House of Blues | Friday, August 12 – The reality TV star–turned–country music artist makes her way to Houston to perform her upbeat, country pop hits. $35 and up. 8pm.
  • Teyana Taylor at Bayou Music Center | Friday, August 12 – As her retirement from performing nears, Teyana Taylor gives a farewell performance in Downtown Houston. $34.50 and up. 8pm.
  • Calum Scott at House of Blues | Saturday, August 13 – The English singer-songwriter travels to Downtown Houston following the release of his latest album, Bridges. $25. 8pm.
  • Vanessa Zamora at Warehouse Live | Saturday, August 13 – Mexican pop artist Vanessa Zamora heads to EaDo while on the Damaleona tour. $18. 10pm.

Week of Monday, August 15

  • Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison & Joan Jett at Minute Maid Park | Friday, August 19 – Legends of arena rock join forces for a supersized show at Minute Maid Park, featuring Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. $59 and up. 4:30pm.
  • Prince Tribute: The Purple Xperience at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Friday, August 19 | FREE – Led by Marshall Charloff, this five-piece out of Minneapolis brings the many hits of the singular pop superstar to the stage in Hermann Park. 8:15pm.
  • Austin Meade at White Oak Music Hall | Friday, August 19 – White Oak Music Hall welcomes Texas indie artist Austin Meade on their upstairs stage. $15. 9pm.
  • DaCamera presents Houston SummerJazz 2022 at Multiple Venues | Friday, August 19 & Saturday, August 20 – This 2-day festival brings a trio of Grammy-nominated jazz artists—Jazzmeia Horn, Pedrito Martinez Group, and Joshua Redman—to stages in Downtown’s Theater District. Free opening and closing concerts also take place at Market Square Park, featuring the Jalen Baker Quartet on Friday and a free Latin jazz dance party with Pedrito Martinez Group on Saturday. Times vary.
  • Kevin Gates at 713 Music Hall | Saturday, August 19 & Sunday, August 20 – Baton Rouge rapper Kevin Gates performs back-to-back nights at Post Houston in Downtown. $45 and up. 8pm.
  • Seventeen at Toyota Center | Saturday, August 20 – K-pop band Seventeen travels to Houston in support of their May 2022 release, Face the Sun. $59.50 and up. 7:30pm.
  • James Bay at Warehouse Live | Sunday, August 21 – English singer-songwriter James Bay travels to Houston for The Leap Tour 2022. $27.50. 8pm.

  • Goo Goo Dolls at Smart Financial Centre | Tuesday, August 30 – The popular rock band known for songs like “Iris” returns to Houston to perform some of their classic hits and other fan faves. $25 and up. 7pm.
  • Kehlani at Bayou Music Center | Tuesday, August 30 – Following the April 2022 release of their latest album, Blue Water Road, R&B artist Kehlani takes the stage in Downtown Houston. $59.25 and up. 8pm.
  • Jade Novah at Warehouse Live | Wednesday. August 31 – After gaining popularity from her covers of pop and R&B hits on YouTube, Jade Novah hits the stage in Houston performing original music. $25. 8pm.
