  • Turrell Skyspace Performance: Pianist Welsey Ducote at Rice University | Tuesday, March 22 | FREE – Pianist and Shepherd School alumni Wesley Ducote performs a live tribute to the James Turrell Twilight Epiphany Skyspace on the Rice campus as part of a special performance series marking the installation’s tenth anniversary. 8pm to 9:30pm.
  • Club América vs. Tigres UANL at PNC Stadium | Wednesday, March 23 – Tour Águila returns to Houston when LigaMX clubs Tigres UANL and Club América clash on the PNC pitch in EaDo. $40 and up. 7:30pm.
  • 6th Annual Houston Latino Film Festival 2022 at MATCH | Wednesday, March 23 through Sunday, March 27 – The returning festival screens more than 80 features and short films across five days from emerging and established filmmakers based in the United States and Latin America. Screenings are $12; $45 All Access passes include access to all workshops, panels, and film screenings. Times vary.
  • Almond Blossom Festival Wine Dinner at Grotto | Thursday, March 24 – The Uptown Italian restaurant presents a 4-course menu crafted by Chef Ricky Cruz, paired with a curated wine selection. $80 per person. 7pm.
  • Daughtry in Concert at Bayou Music Center | Friday, March 25 – Bayou Music Center welcomes the post-grunge rock band, Daughtry, when the group’s Dearly Beloved tour comes to Downtown. $49.50 and up. 7pm.
  • 50th Annual Bayou City Art Festival at Memorial Park | Friday, March 25 to Sunday, March 27 – Take to Memorial Park and stroll more than 300 artists and their unique works on display at the 50th celebration of the Bayou City Art Festival. Visitors can also enjoy food trucks, live music and other family-friendly fun across three days. $15; $5 for ages 6 to 12. 10am to 6pm.
  • International Art & Kite Festival at Brazos River Park in Sugar Land | Saturday, March 26 | FREE – The Sugar Land park hosts an annual display of high-flying kits, art cars, cultural performances and more. 10am to 3pm.
  • Houston Holi at VPSS Temple | Saturday, March 26 – From Masala Radio comes the city’s—if not the country’s—biggest Holi festivals, featuring a live concert from Jay Sean, plus Bollywood dancing, DJs spinning tunes, dhol players, street foods, free carnival rides, giveaways and more. Early bird tickets start at $12; free for ages 4 and under. 11am to 5pm.
  • 10th Anniversary Extravaganza at Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co. | Saturday, March 26 BuffBrew is turning ten, and it’s turning up big time with a big, bold 10th anniversary extravaganza. Tickets include access to the celebration, anniversary brews, live entertainment, giveaways, commemorative glassware and more. $40. 5pm to midnight.
  • Katy Home & Garden Show | Saturday, March 26 & Sunday, March 27 – Plot your next remodeling plan at this two-day show that features everything dedicated to home improvement, decor, landscapes and outdoor entertainment. In addition to the Spring Gift Market which will also take place, you can enjoy food sampling, special guests and more. $7; free for ages 12 and under. Times vary.
  • Kite Festival at Hermann Park | Sunday, March 27 | FREE – Go fly a kite up to the highest height at the kite festival in Hermann Park. The festival will see thousands of kite flyers running around Hermann Park, enjoying a day of friendly kite-flying, activities, entertainment, food, games, and more. 10am to 5pm.
  • Turkey Leg Hut Festival at Turkey Leg Hut | | Sunday, March 27 | FREE – After a two year delay, the Turkey Leg Hut Festival returns to Almeda Road, shutting it down for featured performances from Step Rideau & the Zydeco Outlaws and Inayah, along with dozens of local vendors, kids activities, DJs and more. 11am to 6pm.
