Celebrate & compete at the free Beaulympics Cajun Carnival at the Beaumont Civic Center

Update 7/15/21: Due to expected heavy rains, Beaulympics was rescheduled from its original date on Saturday, July 10, 2021 to Saturday, July 17, 2021, and relocated from the Great Lawn to the Beaumont Civic Center.

Catch your Olympic spirit early at Beaulympics—a free extravaganza of games, music, and entertainment with a Cajun twist—at the Beaumont Civic Center on Saturday, July 17, 2021.

The family-friendly celebration is built around the five Beaulympic rings, each one representing Beaumont’s five major offerings—food and drink, kids and families, adventure, art, and Cajun culture.

Beaulympics will have gator races, reptile yoga, eating competitions, face painting, highland games, kayak lessons, a snow machine, crafts, a selfie station, a chance to win BMT swag, and more.

Many activities will be available all day to participate in, along with featured events to watch on the main stage. For each activity, participants will have the opportunity to earn Beau-bucks that can be traded in for prizes like at a carnival.

With both indoor and outdoor space at the Beaumont Civic Center, the event will happen rain or shine.
