Plan for the kiddos’ Spring Break with to-go crafts from Houston Center for Contemporary Craft

Stock up on at-home craft activities for kiddos when you pick up a free craft kit at Houston Center for Contemporary Craft from Thursday, March 11 to Saturday, March 13, and again from Thursday, March 18 to Saturday, March 20, 2021.

Spring Break is upon us and Houston Center for Contemporary Craft is helping prepare families for an at-home exploration of craft materials, tools and techniques with a free three-pack of hands-on craft activities, available the week before and during the week-long holiday.

Within the craft kit, you’ll find instructions and materials to make paper-mache food in a three-day multi-step project, learn how to make a friendship bracelet using colorful threads and beads, and capture textures from nature in a clay ornament.

Activity kits can be picked up at the front desk of Houston Center for Contemporary Craft on a first-come, first-served basis.
