  • Community Blood Drive & Free Antibody Testing at The Health Museum | FREE – The Health Museum in partnership with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center holds a Community Blood Drive to alleviate some of the need created by COVID-19 in the local region at The Health Museum. The community blood drive will take place daily by appointment only and will also offer free antibody testing. You must make an appointment for this event. 10am to 2:30pm.
  • Levy Park presents Tai Chi On-Demand on Facebook & YouTube | FREE – This class, which can be viewed on either Levy Park’s Facebook or YouTube page, is great for helping folks focus their bodies and minds with slow, low-impact movements and stretches. 10am to 10:30am.
  • The Birdcage Movie Screening at Restaurant & Bar at House of Blues | No Cover – Enjoy a screening of the classic LGBTQ movie starring Robin Williams and Nathan Lane, The Birdcage, hosted by local drag queen, Blackberri, at the Restaurant & Bar at House of Blues. There will be complimentary popcorn. Dinner is available for purchase. 6pm.
  • Houston Furniture Bank Art Gallery presents Art for All Virtual Opening on Facebook Live | FREE – The Houston Furniture Bank gallery hosts a virtual opening for their exhibition Art for All, featuring local artists. The juried art show will highlight Houston’s vibrant art scene and feature art auctions, a virtual tour, and conversations with leaders in art, interior design, social service, and mental health. 6pm to 7pm.
  • Comedian Billy Sorrells at Houston Improv Known as a recurring cast member of Season 8 and Season 14 of the improv comedy show Wild ‘N Out on MTV and VH1, the Houston-raised comedian Billy Sorrels takes the stage at the Houston Improv. Tickets range from $60 for a table of 2; $120 for a table of 6. 8pm.
  • The Parking Lot Social presents Movie Night: Mamma Mia Movie Screening at Aveva Stadium The Parking Lot Social is a touring drive-in experience that packs a bunch of entertainment into a single night out. The Thursday night movie screening will feature the 2008 movie musical that showcased the music of ABBA, Mamma Mia, projected on two massive 40-foot screens. Live DJs will spin tunes before the show. Tickets are $39 per vehicle; $49 VIP per vehicle for a guaranteed parking spot in the first two rows. 8pm to 10:30pm.
