Usher in the Year of the Rat at the free, family-friendly 2020 Lunar New Year Festival at the Chinese Community Center on Saturday, January 25, 2020.

As the Lunar Calendar rolls into another year, the Chinese Community Center welcomes all to a free, family-friendly celebration of the incoming Year of the Rat at the 2020 Lunar New Year Festival.

This year will be the Chinese Community Center’s largest Lunar New Year event to-date, utilizing the recently opened T.T. and W.F. Chao Senior Center and USA Sports Rec Center for the festivities.

Located in Chinatown, the Lunar New Year Festival features the ever-popular Dragon and Lion dances, games, and other cultural performances, as well as a market of local artists, businesses, and food vendors.

Raffle tickets, limited edition Year of the Rat t-shirts, and a Sammy the Rat plush animal will be available for purchase on-site.
