Located near the edge of Downtown inside of the Ecclesia Church, Paper Co. Cafe places an emphasis on exceptional meals with fresh ingredients and fine coffees roasted in-house, sourced from relationships with farmers across the globe.
More than just food and drinks, all profits go towards providing for the Houston homeless community and every day, a quality meal is offered on a sliding scale, allowing pay-what-you-can to ensure everyone has access to a good meal.
Looking to stop in and grab a coffee on the weekend? Visitors should note that Sundays are very busy and parking can be hard to come by with Ecclesia’s church services taking place inside the cafe at 9am, 11am, and 5pm.
Fill your cup first with delicious coffee drinks including cafe con leches, cortados, espresso, mochas, Vietnamese iced coffee, americanos, cappuccinos, pour overs, macchiatos, cold brew and other classics.
If you arrive hungry, try breakfast items like the Ancient Grain Oatmeal, a blend of steel-cut oats, farro, and quinoa; the Breakfast Bowl that comes with potatoes, spinach, mushrooms, onion, and red pepper, two eggs your way, and a choice of bacon or sausage; or go big for lunch and dinner with the H-Town Burger, a ground beef patty topped with cheese, bacon jam, pickles, tomato, lettuce, and mayo.
