Taste your way through bao creations from over a dozen local chefs and choose your favorite at the 4th Annual Big Bao Battle at The Ballroom at Bayou Place in Downtown on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
Back again for its fourth year, the Big Bao Battle pits more than a dozen talented local chefs against one another in an innovative cross-cultural culinary clash.
Sample special creations that center on the traditional Chinese steamed bao with unlimited food samples from each participating restaurant. Alcoholic beverages will also be sold by The Ballroom at Bayou Place.
At the end of the night, cast your vote for the winner of the Big Bao Battle People’s Choice Award, capping off this charity fundraiser event benefitting OCA-Greater Houston.

- Parking: Valet parking is available for $10; free street parking is available in the surrounding area after 6pm.
- Admission: Tickets are $35 for an individual, or $65 for two admissions, and include unlimited food samples from every restaurant; VIP packages are available for $100, and include valet parking, two drink tickets, a VIP reception, and special early access to the event.
