  • Galveston’s Own Farmers Market at The Bryan Museum | No Cover Shop local produce, prepared foods, and edible farm products at Galveston’s Own Farmers Market, which opens every Thursday afternoon and Sunday morning through Summer 2019. 3pm to 6pm.
  • 19th Street Wine Walk in the Heights | No Cover Stroll down the Heights’ historic 19th Street while stepping into its notable shops and sipping select wines from a signature glass during this annual event. Participating shops include Decant Urban Winery, Emerson Rose, Jubilee, Vinal Edge Records, AG Antiques and more. 5pm to 9pm.
  • A Soirée at the Gardens at Hermann Park Conservancy | FREE Spend your evening enjoying scenic views and entertainment at the McGovern Centennial Gardens in Hermann Park. Meant to showcase the event space, A Soirée at the Gardens will feature live music, craft cocktails, light bites, and interactive booths. Registration is encouraged. 5:30pm to 9pm.
  • Blanket Bingo at Market Square ParkLounge out on lawn chairs or blankets while enjoying a historic night out filled with music, fun, and bingo. Admission includes a packet of bingo cards, which are good for about ten games. Tickets are $10. 6pm to 9pm.
  • Whiskies of the World Houston 2019 at Houston Chronicle Building Take part in one of the largest whiskey tastings in the nation as enthusiasts flock to the Houston Chronicle Building for the Whiskies of the World Expo. At the event, you can taste a curated collection of scotch, bourbon, Irish, Japanese, and other international whiskeys; attend seminars; hear from whiskey makers and ambassadors; and indulge in both food and cigar pairings. Tickets start at $100. 6pm to 10pm.
  • Parkour at Discovery Green | FREE – Learn how to run, jump, climb, crawl, balance, vault, and fluidly move through any environment as certified instructors from Urban Movement lead a beginners’ class at Discovery Green. 6:30pm to 8pm.
  • Movies on the Lawn: Wonder Park Movie Screening at First Colony Mall | FREE Entertain the kids with a free, family-friendly screening of Wonder Park at First Colony Mall. 7pm to 9:30pm.
  • Sugar Land Skeeters vs. Somerset Patriots at Constellation Field Show your support for the Sugar Land Skeeters when they take on the Somerset Patriots at Constellation Field. Tickets start at $8. 7:05pm.
  • The EaDo Comedy Show at CSz ArenaFor this improv show, ComedySportz Houston will draw from the vibe of the East Downtown neighborhood and call on audience members to participate. $10; limited comped and discounted $5 tickets available. 8pm.
