  • Blanket Bingo at Market Square ParkLounge out on lawn chairs or blankets while enjoying a historic night out filled with music, fun, and bingo. Admission includes a packet of bingo cards, which are good for about ten games. $10. 6pm to 9pm.
  • Space on Screen & Dinner: Armstrong Movie Screening at Space Center Houston Grab a date and head to Space Center Houston for dinner and a space-themed movie as part of the monthly film series, Space on Screen. The evening event includes dinner in the Astronaut Gallery, along with a screening of the brand new documentary, Armstrong. Tickets start at $24.95. 6pm.
  • Silent Disco at Houston Zoo Pop on your headphones and boogie down to one of three available playlists when the Houston Zoo hosts a Silent Disco. Aside from the dance party, you can also partake in up-close animal experiences, arm marbling, temporary blacklight airbrush tattoos, and a variety of lawn games. Tickets are $35. 6pm to 10pm.
  • Viva El Tequila Festival at Cadillac Bar Houston Tequila lovers unite for Cadillac Bar’s 4th Annual Viva El Tequila Festival. Enjoy an evening of tequila sampling, DJs, beer, signature cocktails, and tasty tacos. Tickets range from $40 to $60. 7pm to 10pm.
  • Khalid in Concert at Toyota Center Jam out at the “Free Spirit World Tour” when the celebrated performer makes his way to Houston’s Toyota Center on his first-ever arena tour. Arrive early to catch singer-songwriter Clairo, who opens the show. Tickets start at $49.90, but you may also find better, cheaper, or hard-to-get seats on TicketNetwork’s resale market. 7:30pm.
  • Sing! Thursdays at Hamburger Mary’s Participate in an interactive show of games, drag performances, karaoke and more during Sing! At Hamburger Mary’s. A $5 per person entertainment fee is added to the guest check. 7:30pm.
  • E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial Movie Screening at City Centre | FREE – Pack up a picnic blanket and grab dinner to-go from one of several CityCentre restaurants, then head to the lawn for an evening screening of the sci-fi classic, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial. 9pm.

  • Sunrise Yoga at The Water Works Start your day with a 45-minute sunrise yoga session at The Water Works in Buffalo Bayou Park. Instructors from Big Power Yoga will lead the class, which is open to newbies and experienced yogis alike. Suggested donation of $10. 6:30am to 7:15am
  • Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Celebration at Kemah Boardwalk | FREE – Celebrate the moon landing at Kemah Boardwalk with family-friendly activities including music from the Lone Star Brass Band and David Joel Band, appearances by Clutch and the Houston Rocket Dancers, a firework show and more. 5pm to 11pm.
  • Mixers & Elixirs at the Houston Museum of Natural ScienceMix and mingle among towering dinosaur exhibits as the Houston Museum of Natural Science opens up for a night of music, dancing, cocktails, and food trucks. Tickets are $25 for non-members; $15 for members. 7pm to 10pm.
  • Alejandro Escovedo in Concert at McGonigel’s Mucky DuckSit back and enjoy a blend of rock, country, and punk music all rolled into one performance by Mexican-American songwriter Alejandro Escovedo, who will perform songs from his recent release, The Crossing, at McGonigel’s Mucky Duck. $40 in advance; $45 at the door. 7pm to 9:30pm.
  • Sugar Land Sing-A-Long Karaoke at Sugar Land Town Square | FREE – Sugar Land Town Square hosts an evening of karaoke in the plaza. Grab your singin’ family and friends for a fun and interactive evening. Jupiter Pizza will be on hand serving beer and wine for $5 each. 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
  • Arcadium Music Festival at Sharespace Check out a multi-genre music festival with appearances by Polycolour Guilla, El Lago Okcarfaro, Whale Watchers Society and more during Arcadium Music Festival at Sharespace in Downtown. Tickets start at $16. 8pm to 12:30am.
  • Ladies of The ’80s at Etro Lounge in Downtown Dance the night away as DJ Rice Cube spins a selection of tunes by all of your favorite ‘80s female artists at Etro Lounge in Downtown. Cover charge at the door. 9pm to 2am.
  • Karaoke Night at Saint Dane’s Bar & Grille | FREE Belt out your go-to jams while sipping $.50 cent drinks during Karaoke Night at Saint Dane’s Bar & Grille. 9:30pm.
  • The Fetish Late Show at Prohibition TheatreSpend Friday night at the Fetish Late Show, where The Moonlight Dolls will perform an adults-only display of their most risque, daring and sexiest acts at Prohibition Theatre. Tickets are $20, but limited discounted $10 tickets are available for most shows. 11:30pm.
