  • The Three Musketeers at Alley Theatre | Tuesday, June 25 to Sunday, June 30 – Enjoy a swashbuckling romp of romance, danger, and comedy, perfectly suited for the whole family. Alexandre Dumas’ timeless tale springs to life as the young D’Artagnan, joined by his sister Sabine, discovers honor amid intrigue and high-stakes adventure when he meets the famous Three Musketeers. Tickets start at $26. Showtimes vary.
  • Disney’s Aladdin at Hobby Center for Performing Arts | Wednesday, June 26 to Sunday, June 30 – Grant your kid’s wishes and take them to see Aladdin live on stage at Hobby Center for Performing Arts. Follow Aladdin who happens upon a magic lamp and its genie is filled with humor and opens up a whole new world of adventure. Tickets start at $50. Showtimes vary.
  • Galveston’s Own Farmer’s Market at The Bryan Museum | Thursday, June 27 and Sunday, June 30 | No Cover – Let the kids pick out their own fruits and veggies for the week at Galveston’s Own Farmer’s Market. The market brings locally grown produce, prepared foods, and edible farm products to residents of Galveston and the surrounding areas. Purchases are on you. Times vary.
  • Thursday Concerts at Discovery Green | Thursday, June 27 | FREE – Attend a concert suited for the entire family when Texas music’s favorite couple, Bruce Robinson and Kelly Green, take the stage at Discovery Green. Blankets, pets (on leashes), and picnics are welcome and encouraged. Lawn chairs are allowed on the north side of the hill. 7pm to 9:30pm.
  • Fly in for Story Time at Lone Star Flight Museum | Friday, June 28 – Soar sky high with an aviation-themed book story time. Following the book, there will be an interactive activity for your little pilots to enjoy. Ages 4 to 7. Tickets are $5 for a family of four. 9:30am.
  • Summer Family “Camp Out” Fun at Sugar Land Town Square | Friday, June 28 | FREE – Explore an interactive campsite complete with tents, games, lawn fishing, and live music at the Summer Family Camp Out in Sugar Land Town Square. Take some time to learn about native Texan fish, how to cast a fishing line, and how to secure a life vest. 5pm to 8pm.
  • Music on the Plaza at Museum of Fine Arts, Houston | Friday, June 28 | No Cover – Entertain the family at MFAH when they host Music on the Plaza. This evening features performances by dancer and choreographer Genene McGrath and musical quartet Two Star Symphony. There will be food vendors and a cash bar. 6pm to 9pm.
  • Family Movie Night Lilo and Stitch Movie Screening at Levy Park | Friday, June 28 | FREE – Come dressed in your best Hawaiian gear to watch Disney’s animated film, Lilo and Stitch. Follow Stitch after this little monster crash lands on earth and finds himself as Lilo’s new “pet”. No outside furniture is allowed, but blankets or park chairs can be used. The film is rated PG. Movie starts at 8pm.
  • Hands on Texas History Festival at The Bryan Museum | Saturday, June 29 – The Bryan Museum will celebrate Texas history with the best living history festival Galveston Island has ever seen. Hands on Texas History will feature live maritime, Celtic, and pioneer music, a chuckwagon, a comedic medicine show, a branding demonstration, a gunsmith, Buffalo Soldiers, games, costumed historical re-enactors, an authentic WWII 2 truck and jeeps, coastal animals, delicious barbecue, beer and wine, and more. Tickets are $5; $3 for ages 15 and under. 10am to 5pm.
  • Alley Theatre Day at Alley Theatre | Saturday, June 29 – Come out for Alley Theatre Day, where you can experience a Behind-the-Scenes tour, a sword fighting workshop, a live show, and the magic that theater has to offer. This event is for children ages 8 and up. Tickets are $26 for kids ages 8 to 18; $38 for adults. 11am to 5pm.
  • AsiaFest 2019 at Asia Society Texas Center | Saturday, June 29 | FREE – Celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage with an international bazaar, performances, arts and crafts, fusion cuisine, and live demonstrations at Asia Society Texas Center. Festival-goers can go on an adventure through Asia, using a passport to explore different regions’ traditions, cultures, and food. 11am to 5pm.
