Settle in while enjoying specialty coffee and pastries, plus beer & wine at The Nook Cafe.

Located just steps from the University of Houston, this art-filled industrial-chic hangout is great for a quick cup of joe on the go, settling in for a study session, or catching up with friends.

Cozy up on one of the shop’s many couches after deciding between cakes and pastries, a variety of breakfast and dessert croissants, and of course, the locally roasted coffee by UH alumni at Katz’s Coffee.

In addition to the food and drinks, customers can expect a very campus arts-oriented vibe with local Houston and student art displayed on the walls as well as local poets and musicians keeping the evenings lively.
