In the beloved British play, a group of visitors takes shelter from a snowstorm in a boarding house, only to find that one of their new companions is a murderer. Tickets start at $26. Showtimes vary.
  • Comedian Whitney Cummings at Houston Improv | Friday and Saturday – Crack up at gender roles and the face palms of dating when the hilarious comedian, writer, and actress Whitney Cummings plays four Houston shows. Showtimes vary. Tickets start at $30.
  • 30th Anniversary Production of Always…Patsy Cline at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Friday and Saturday | FREE – See a performance of one of Stages Repertory Theatre’s most popular shows, Always… Patsy Cline, as the company celebrates its 30th anniversary at Miller Outdoor Theatre. The play follows a surprising friendship between country singer Patsy Cline and a devoted Houston fan. 8pm both nights.
  • Love & Makes Candle-Making Workshop in Rice Village | Saturday and Sunday – Design and create a personalized wax candle with help from the team at Love & Makes in Rice Village. The BYOB workshop also features handmade goods from local artisans to shop while your candles set. Times vary daily.

  • The Buzz Weekday Workout at Evelyn’s Park Conservancy | FREEWork up a sweat with The Buzz Magazine and Pledge To Fitness trainers at Evelyn’s Park Conservancy. The class consists of a 15-minute warm-up, 15 minutes of stretching, a 25-minute targeted workout, and a 5-minute cooldown. 8:30am to 9:30am.
  • Opening Style Show at Junior League of Houston  – Peep upcoming Fall fashion trends when the Junior League of Houston teams up with Elizabeth Anthony for the Opening Style Show. Following the show, you can feast on a tasty meal from The Junior League Tea Room, sip champagne, and snag a swag bag. $80. 11am and 7pm. 
  • Wine, Women & Shoes at The Woodlands Waterway MarriottHonor those who’ve been affected by breast cancer at Wine, Women & Shoes in The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. During the event, breast cancer survivors, their family members, and medical personnel will strut down the runway wearing name brands, such as Kendra Scott, Lucho, and Marmi, while guests sip wine and shop the latest shoe trends. Tickets start at $100. 5:30pm to 9pm.
  • Lawn Party at Memorial Park Conservancy | FREEPlay games, eat tasty bites from food trucks, and drink Karbach brews while learning about the Memorial Park Conservancy at this family-friendly Lawn Party. 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
  • First Thursday at Mid Main HoustonSwing by Mid Main for live music and drinks from Deep Eddy Vodka and Saint Arnold Brewing every first Thursday of the month. This month, donations benefit American Festival for the Arts. $5. 6pm to 10pm.
