  • The Original Greek Festival at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral | Daily Chow down on Greek food while you enjoy Greek music, culture, and activities for the kids during the 50th Annual Original Greek Festival. Tickets start at $5, not including ticket fees. Thursday 5pm to 10pm; Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm; Sunday noon to 6pm.
  • Bear Creek Market at Bear Creek United Methodist Church | Thursday and Friday | FREE – Shop for jewelry, bags, home decor, handmade gifts, books and more during the Bear Creek Market. 9am to noon both days.
  • Mamma Mia! at the Hobby Center | Thursday, Friday, and Sunday – Sing along to hits from ABBA like “Dancing Queen”, “Mamma Mia” and more during this hit musical, playing at the Hobby Center. Tickets start at $15, not including ticket fees. Thursday 7:30pm; Friday 8pm; Sunday 2pm.
  • 37th Annual Festival Chicano at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Thursday to Saturday | FREE – Celebrate the Chicano culture during this outdoor festival showcasing music like Tejano, Rock & Roll, Big Band, Mariachi and more. 7pm nightly.
  • The Motherf*#ker with the Hat at Obsidian Theater | Thursday to Saturday – Don’t miss this hilarious play that combines addiction, fidelity, love, and hot tempers – playing at Obsidian Theater through October 8. Tickets start at $15, not including ticket fees. 8pm nightly.
  • Fiddle Fest at Discovery Green | Friday and Saturday | FREE Come on down to Discovery Green for back-to-back performances from string artists like Villalobos Brothers, Two Star Symphony, Fiddle Witch, and the Demons of Doom and more during the Fiddle Fest.
  • Bayou City Art Festival in Downtown Houston | Saturday and Sunday Featuring works from more than 300 artists, the outdoor Bayou City Art Festival is back again this year with a festival including food trucks, live music, a kid’s zone and opportunities to purchase artwork. Tickets start at $15, not including ticket fees. 10am to 6pm both days.
  • Dragon Boat Regatta in Sugar Land | Saturday and Sunday | FREE – Cheer on teams as they paddle through the water of Brooks Lake, enjoy cultural performances, listen to live music, and nosh on delicious food during the Dragon Boat Regatta. 8:30am to 4:30pm.
