Experience a first of its kind music and art festival with Day for Night Music & Art Festival at Silver Street Studios on Saturday, December 19 to Sunday, December 20, 2015.

Taking over Silver Street Studios and the surrounding areas, this two-day weekend-long winter festival features a line-up of top-notch musicians and digital artists.

Presented by Free Press Houston, Day for Night has your listening experience covered with top-billed musicians like Kendrick Lamar, New Order, Janelle Monae, The Phillip Glass Ensemble, and plenty of homegrown talent as well.

If that’s not enough the visuals of Casey Reas, Zach Lieberman, Nonotak Studio, Refik Anadol, Mark Eats, plus so many more will leave your senses overloaded if not fully satisfied.

Most all of the artists contributing to the festival’s visual aspect fall under the category of Computational art, an emerging field of artistic practice, which is only now possible as a result of technological innovation.

Enjoy for the first time a festival that pairs top artists in this relatively new field with internationally famous pop artists to bring the medium to the front and center.

Imagine a festival with a heavy focus on merging sound with visuals. Click here for the full line-up of both musicians and artists.
