Bring a dish with you and enjoy free beer, an interactive art presentation and good company at SlideLuck’s potluck dinner at Cottonwood on Wednesday, July 22, 2015.

Houston has a very vibrant art scene, one that many may find surprising. The museums are often home to very rare exhibits, art pieces, and unique gems. It’s even more exciting when the art experience becomes interactive; allowing the viewer to make the experience a bit more personal.

SlideLuck is a nonprofit arts organization making its Houston debut this month. To celebrate, they’re presenting this potluck dinner combined with a multimedia slideshow of painting, photography, craft and video arts. The evening is co-hosted by the Houston Center for Photography.

Bringing diverse groups of people together to enjoy food, music and art is what the SlideLuck experience is all about. Everyone who attends is encouraged to bring a potluck dish to share, while they enjoy free beer from Brooklyn Brewery, and take in the art show.
