Soft shell crabs are back in season and being served up daily by Chef Arnaldo Richards. Restaurants are in a very strong soft shell crab season this year thanks to all the rain and mild temperatures which provides very favorable conditions for the crabs to molt their shells.

Taste Picos’ shell crabs for brunch, lunch or dinner with al mojo de ajo, dusted with a proprietary blend of flour and spices, then pan sautéed with a garlic infused olive oil.
