  • Houston Dragon Boat Festival Along Buffalo Bayou | Saturday, May 2 | FREE to Attend – Roll out a blanket along the bank to cheer teams on during the annual dragon boat race and festival along Buffalo Bayou. Enjoy the outdoors while taking in cultural performances, dances, live music and tons of food and libations.
  • Houston Food Truck Fest at Stereo Live | Saturday, May 2 – Eat your way through 20 of Houston’s favorite food trucks including Happy Endings, Maine-ly Sandwiches and Wokker Texas Ranger during the Houston Food Truck Fest at Stereo Live. The event will also feature live DJs, a bounce house, karaoke and drink specials.
  • Star Wars Art Festival at Summer Street Studios | Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3 – May the force be with you as you browse a selection of Star Wars themed artwork by artists near and far, far away curated by Dandee Warhol. Costumes encouraged.
  • Lady Antebellum, Sam Hunt and Hunter Hayes in Concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Sunday, May 3 – Country music stars Lady Antebellum, Sam Hunt and Hunter Hayes will perform in The Woodlands during their Wheels Up 2015 Tour.
  • Offshore Technology Conference at NRG Park | Monday, May 4 to Thursday, May 7 – The Offshore Technology Conference brings over 100,000 industry professionals from around the world to NRG Park for a week of cutting edge technology, equipment and networking.
  • Bob Dylan in Concert at Bayou Music Center | Tuesday, May 5Influential singer-songwriter Bob Dylan is making his way down to Texas on his tour that will hit a handful of US cities before heading to Europe this summer.

  • Dave Matthews Band in Concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Saturday, May 16 – Dave Matthews Band’s 2015 Summer Tour is hitting Houston in a big way – landing in The Woodlands to perform at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
  • AsiaFest at Asia Society Texas Center | Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17 | FREE to Attend – In celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, Asia Society is hosting a two-day festival highlighting Asian and Pacific food, performances, vendors and art.
