January 2015

  • CASA Speaks for Kids Gala | Saturday, January 17 – Support victims of child abuse in Montgomery County at this annual gala in The Woodlands. Tickets start at $175. 6pm.
  • Martini Madness! Bossa Nova Bash at the HCCC | Thursday, January 22 – The Houston Center for Contemporary Craft’s mid-century-themed fundraiser party goes Brazilian, with live bossa nova and samba by Trio Forte.
  • 2015 Bon Vivant Houston | Monday, January 26 – Have a fine dining experience like no other at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. This intimate event benefitting The Youth Development Center will pair one chef with each table to prepare a five-course dinner tableside. Tickets start at $1000. 6:30pm.
  • 2015 Chairman’s Gala: Eyes Wide Open, A Masquerade Ball | Friday, January 30 – Keep your eyes wide open at this black tie optional masquerade taking place at the Safari Texas Ranch. Guests will enjoy an evening of live music, dinner and dancing. Tickets start at $100. 6:30pm to midnight.
  • Arts of the Islamic World GalaFriday, January 30 – Have a say in the new MFAH acquisitions while being treated to dinner and a party of music and dancing. Tickets start at $500 and benefit the Department of Arts of the Islamic World at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. 7pm.
  • Diamonds & Ice Gala | Saturday, January 31 – Enjoy performances from acrobats, music from a 9-piece band along with a live and silent auction when the Hyatt North Houston is transformed to feel like an Evening in Paris. Tickets start at $150 and support the Northwest Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Initiative. 6pm.

February 2015

  • Green Gala | Thursday, February 5 – Grab your boots and leave your tie at home for this event at the Memorial Park Running Rails Center. The evening themed Lasso Your Heart for the Park will benefit Memorial Park Conservancy. Tickets start at $500. 6:30pm.
  • Junior League Charity Ball | Friday, February 6 – Join the Junior League of Houston for libations and music at this speakeasy event. Attire is black tie optional or 1920s chic. $125. 9:30pm to 1am.
  • Francis Episcopal Day School Gala | Saturday, February 7 – Get treated to a seated dinner, live auction and music from The M80s at this cocktail event at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. Tickets start at $300 and benefit the school’s endowment.
  • Dress for Dinner Tuesday, February 10 – Enjoy dinner and a fashion show from Vivek Nagrani while supporting Recipe For Success. $50 for fashion show; $350 for show and dinner. 6pm to 8pm.
  • The KNOWAutism Foundation Inaugural Gala | Thursday, February 12 – Guest will enjoy food and wine along with a fashion show from local designer David Peck’s Spring 2015 collection. The evening themed Deep in the Heart of Houston will take place at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. Tickets start at $350. 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
  • Champagne & Chocolat Scholarship Gala | Friday, February 13  Head to River Oaks Country Club for a Parisian evening benefiting the Gaston LeNotre Scholarship. Tickets start at $300. 7pm.
  • Crown Jewel of Texas Gala | Saturday, February 14 – See Ms. Wheelchair Texas crowned while enjoying dinner, cocktails and an auction at The Westin Oaks at the Galleria. $75. 6pm to 10pm.
  • Kiss for a Cure | Saturday, February 14 – Support the fight against cystic fibrosis with cocktails and dinner at the Four Seasons. Tickets start at $150 and benefit CFF. 6:30pm.
  • AHA Heart Ball | Saturday, February 14 – Raise money for the American Heart Association while dancing the night away at their annual Heart Ball. This black tie event will take place at Hilton Americas-Houston. Tickets start at $1000. 7pm to midnight.
  • University of St. Thomas Mardi Gras Gala | Tuesday, February 17 – Celebrate Mardi Gras in style at this black tie party benefitting the St. Thomas Fund. Tickets start at $350. 6:30pm.
  • Fine Print Auction | Wednesday, February 18 – Sip on cocktails, savor a delicious dinner and then bid on photographic art. This event is hosted by the Houston Center for Photography and will be held at The Junior League of Houston. $150. 6pm.
  • 2015 Houston Ballet Ball | Wednesday, February 18 – Get your tickets now for The Masked Ball at the Wortham Theater Center. Tickets start at $1,500. 7pm.
  • AOS Gala | Friday, February 20 – Raise funds for the Annunciation Orthodox School at this Roaring 20s themed party at the Omni Houston Hotel. Tickets start at $150.
  • Houston Zoo Ambassadors Gala | Saturday, February 21 – Start your evening with cocktails at the Sea Lion Deck, and then enjoy light bites under the stars at this Houston Zoo fundraiser. Tickets start at $150. 7pm to 11pm.
  • An Evening with Adrian Hayes at the Houstonian Hotel | Friday, February 27 – World-renowned polar explorer Adrian Hayes visits Houston to speak at this event benefitting The Denali Foundation.
  • Dive Pirates Ball | Friday, February 27 – Dive right into this cocktail event at the Four Seasons. Proceeds benefit the Dive Pirates Foundation which provides scuba diving training to disabled individuals. Tickets start at $200. 6pm.
  • Houston Christian Gala and Auction | Friday, February 27 – Head on over to the Westin Memorial City for this Rollin on the River themed gala. Tickets start at $150.

March 2015

  • Oak Forest Elementary Dinner & Auction | Friday, March 6 – Enjoy dinner and an auction during this Light the Night themed event at SPJST Lodge 88. Tickets start at $250 for two. 7pm.
  • Awty Gala 2015 | Saturday, March 14 – You’ll be transported to the Middle East during this enchanted evening themed 1001 Nights. Tickets start at $1000 per couple and benefit the Awty International School. 6:30pm to 1am.
  • HGO 60th Anniversary Concert & Gala | Thursday, March 19 – Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Houston Grand Opera by enjoying a performance at the Wortham Theater Center. Attend the VIP champagne reception prior to the concert, and stick around after the performance for a special on-stage dinner. This black tie event benefits the HGO Endowment.   • Best Dressed Luncheon | Thursday, March 26 – Support March of Dimes and the Best Dressed women of Houston at this luncheon and fashion show at Hilton Americas-Houston. Tickets start at $350. 11:30am.
  • The 2015 Mercury Gala | Friday, March 27 – Spend the evening dancing, dining and drinking at this Roaring Twenties themed event on the Brown Theater stage at The Wortham. Tickets start at $500.
  • CHS Annual Gala | Friday, March 27 – Support the Center for Hearing and Speech at their annual Gala taking place at The Westin Memorial City. Tickets start at $. 6:30pm.
  • CAMH Annual Gala and Art Auction | Friday, March 27 – Enjoy a seated dinner, followed by an auction and dancing till midnight during this black tie event at the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston. Tickets start at $1,000. 7pm.
  • 2015 SPA Gala | Saturday, March 28 – There’s no place like the Grand Foyer of the Wortham Center to host this Somewhere Over the Rainbow Tickets start at $500 and benefit the Society for the Performing Arts. 7pm.
  • Bayou Bend Garden Party | Sunday, March 29 – Enjoy a stroll through the garden followed by dinner and cocktails at Bayou Bend. Tickets start at $750. 6:30pm.

April 2015

  • Greater Houston Gala Celebration | Thursday, April 2 – Support veterans through the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund during this gala at Hotel ZaZa. Tickets start at $250. 6pm.
  • HRC Houston’s Annual Gala | Saturday, April 11 – Black tie attire is encouraged for this event featuring a silent auction, dinner program and after party at The Westin Galleria. Tickets start at $125 and benefit the Human Rights Campaign. 5pm.
  • Memorial Hermann Circle of Life Gala | Saturday, April 11 – Guests are invited to Hilton Americas-Houston for this Hoopla themed gala. Co-chaired by the Houston Rockets, this event is sure to be a slam-dunk. Tickets start at $1000 and benefit the Memorial Hermann Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Programs. 7pm.
  • 2015 Opera Ball | Saturday, April 11 – Support the Houston Grand Opera at this annual white tie affair held at the Wortham Theater Center. 7pm.
  • 2015 Annual Dinner for KIPP Houston | Thursday, April 16 – Prepare yourself for an out of this world experience at the Bayou City Event Center. The To Infinity and Beyond dinner benefits KIPP Houston. Tickets start at $500.
  • HAWC Spring Gala | Friday, April 17 – Welcome special guest Andre Johnson and enjoy music from Party on the Moon at this Moonlight Soiree. The event will take place at Royal Sonesta Hotel and proceeds benefit the Houston Area Women’s Center. Tickets start at $3000 for two. 6:30pm.
  • Jude Evening of Hope Gala | Saturday, April 18 – Sip on cocktails, bid on auction items and enjoy music from Rapture all while supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Tickets start at $200. 6:30pm.
  • Rienzi Spring Party | Thursday, April 23 – Sip on cocktails and indulge in a dinner buffet while hanging poolside at Rienzi. Tickets start $200. 7pm.
  • A Celebration of Reading |Thursday, April 23 – Head to The Hobby Center for a dinner that benefits the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation. The program includes authors like Jackie Collins, Byron Pitts and former President George W. Bush. Tickets start at $100. 7pm.
  • TUTS 2015 Gala | Saturday, April 25 – Enjoy a truly magical evening at The Hobby Center when Adam Pascal performs at the Behind the Mask Tickets start at $1000 and benefit Theatre Under the Stars.
  • Cattle Baron’s Ball | Saturday, April 25 – You’ll want to make the trip to The George Ranch Historical Park in Richmond for an unforgettable night. Guests will enjoy live entertainment, pig races, auctions, dinner and dancing. Tickets start at $700 per couple and benefit the American Cancer Society. 7pm to midnight. 

May 2015

  • Houston Symphony Ball | Saturday, May 2 – Have an extraordinary evening at Hilton Americas-Houston while supporting the Houston Symphony’s community programming.   • Stand-Up for Brain Cancer Gala | Thursday, May 7 – Enjoy a hilarious evening of stand-up comedy at River Oaks Country Club. Comedian and actor Jim Belushi will headline this event that benefits The Broach Foundation.
  • The Glassell School of Art Benefit and Auction | Friday, May 8 – Enjoy cocktails and a silent auction followed by dinner and dancing to benefit this school at the MFAH. Tickets start at $500. 7pm.
  • 2015 Alley Theatre Ball | Saturday, May 9 – Support the Alley during their annual gala at NRG Stadium. Guests will enjoy dinner, live and silent auctions and entertainment from Jay Leno. Tickets start at $1000.
  • Tapestry Gala | Thursday, May 21 – Attend this annual event at the Hilton Americas-Houston that benefits Interfaith Ministries. Tickets start at $400. 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
