Dress up for a midnight costumed bike ride through H-Town

Join hordes of Houstonians in the Moonlight Bicycle Ramble, a festive midnight bike ride through Downtown Houston, on the night of Saturday, October 25, 2014.

moonlight-bicycle-ramble-2014Since 1973, thousands of cyclists have lit up the streets of Houston on a fall evening before Halloween for a one-of-a-kind midnight bicycle ride. Wearing costumes and lights, riders may choose from an 8-mile and 20-mile course. These days, the event is organized by BikeHouston.

All bikes must have lights on them and all riders must wear helmets. There will be prizes for the best costume and best lighted bike. Riders all get a

  • Location: Ride begins at George R. Brown Convention Center, 1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX 77010
  • Registration: $30 per person online and $80 per family. Discount package for families of four available online. Click here to register online until 11:55pm on Friday, October 24. You can also register in person at packet pickup until 5pm on Saturday, October 25. $35 registration is available on-site starting at 10pm the night of the event. No discounts or packages available with on-site registration.
