Head over to Montrose Saturday evening for the second largest parade in Houston as the Houston LGBT Pride Parade 2013 parties down Westheimer on Saturday, June 28, 2014.
Whether you identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or straight, you’ll find plenty of like-minded friends celebrating alongside you the largest LGBT Pride Weekend event. The parade typically draws fun-loving people of every sexual persuasion from across Houston and across the country. Based on past attendance, more than 400,000 people are expected to line the streets of Montrose this year, securing its ranking as the second largest parade in Houston and the largest gay pride event in the Southern U.S.
Houston Gay Pride Parade Route
The Houston LGBT Pride Parade grooves on down Westheimer from Dunlavy and Montrose, and showcases more than 100 organizations and businesses supporting and celebrating Houston’s LGBT community.
A parade pre-show will start at 7:30 at Westheimer and Waugh. The entire event will be concluded by 11pm.
