Step inside the giant, inflated structure from Architects of Air’s Miracoco and take in the sound, color and light in an other-worldy manner at Discovery Green from Saturday, March 15 to Sunday, March 23, 2014.
After Architects of Air’s Exxopolis amazed Houstonians in last May, it was only a matter of time until the British group was invited to bring another of its spectacular luminaria back to H-Town. This time, they’re presenting Miracoco, initially constructed in 2011. Its a series of giant inflatable domes connected by a maze of winding paths that indeed spans the space of half a football field. As sunlight streams into the inflatable domes and pathways, it fills it with all kinds of bright colors and shapes.
The event is likely to sell out, so plan your arrival early in the day to be sure that you get in.
