Celebrate the anniversary of this East Downtown bar known for its dedication to fine whiskeys and Scotches at Reserve 101’s Sixth Anniversary Party on Saturday, January 18, 2014.

There will be an added air of excitement during Reserve 101’s normal business hours as the bar offers up several anniversary specials throughout the night, including six cocktails and six specialty food items for just $6 each. They’ll also be debuting a specialty Barrel-Aged Vieux Carreé.

Anniversary Cocktail and Food Specials

All specials will be available for $6, the magic number of the evening. The six drinks on special are an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Dark and Stormy, Hemingway, Moscow Mule or Champagne Cocktail. The six food items from Reserve’s alcohol-infused kitchen include two street tacos, a quesadilla, pretzel, pepperoni and feta flatbread, chicken and pineapple flatbread, and fig and pancetta flatbread.

Barrel Aged Vieux Carreé cocktail

Reserve 1o1 will also introduce its Barrel Aged Vieux Carreé cocktail. Made-in-house, the drink was created by mixing Yellow Rose Straight Rye Whiskey, Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac and Dolin Rouge Vermouth in equal parts. A splash of bitters was added before sealing the barrel and letting the cocktail age for three months. It will be served in an eight-ounce bottle.
