Set yourself aglow and run through the woods and fields of Lake Houston Wilderness Park with the Glow in the Park 5k the evening of Saturday, September 14, 2013.
Runners and walkers of all skills and speeds adorn themselves with glow accessories and paint (included) before they dart onto the 5 route.
The course takes runners past giant foam machines, a glow water shower, and throws of neon powder making sure that everyone is positively glowing as they embark on the night journey. Black lights help to make the colors pop, and set the stage for the celebratory DJ-led dance party at the end of the course.
