To welcome 2018, FM Kitchen is offering an all-day brunch menu crafted by Chef Ryan Hildebrand. And to go with the college bowl games plaing, his crew will also be serving wing platters all day long.
As always, all ages are welcome and will feel at home in the open, airy, and welcoming interior and outdoor patio.
New Year’s Day 2018 All Day Brunch Menu
Starting at 11am, a special New Year’s Day brunch will be served until close, in addition to FM Kitchen’s full regular menu (featuring its popular burgers, sandwiches, salads, chicken fried steak, ribs, and more).
- Hoppin’ John and Eggs – Black eyed peas, ham, rice, and fried egg.
- Noodles and Greens – Soba noodles, collard greens, pork belly, and a soft-boiled egg.
- Cornbread and Brown Sugar Muffin – Served with strawberry jam and maple syrup.
- Mustard Salmon – Served with cabbage and lentils, Dijon mustard, a brioche crust, and grain mustard cream.

New Year’s Day 2018 Cocktails
In addition to its full beer and cocktail menus, FM will be serving up three specialty cocktails in celebration of the new year.

Game Day Wing Platters & Bowl Game Goodness
New Year’s Day is the biggest day of the year for college football bowl games. Both diehard and casual fans will find plenty to enjoy at FM.
FM has nine flatscreen TVs, including a 100-inch projection screen inside, and a welcoming outdoor patio complete with heaters and a fire pit.
Wings platters start with 16 wings for $13, with options for 32 wings at $25 and 56 wings for $50.
